Default Cat vomit

Hi,
Just a few minutes ago my manx cat, Malachi, was sitting in the chair next to me and just as he sat down he kinda threw up clear liquid. It was clear and had a little bit of what I think is mucus in it. He is okay other wise. He runs around and plays. He is eating and drinking water. Right now he is sitting on my desk up against me and purring lol. Just want to make sure he is okay.
If I did this right you will see a pic of my baby in my profile.
Thank you

Thanks for sharing....There can many varied reasons why a cat vomits, from a serious illness to eating something disagreeable. An occasional, isolated episode of vomiting is usually normal. As a rule of thumb, if your cat vomits infrequently and then goes on to eat normally, play normally, go to the toilet normally and shows no signs of ill health then there probably is no reason for concern. If your cat has chronic vomiting. Then medical advice should be sought. Always check with your Veterinarian if vomiting is severe or persistent.

He probably ate something that didn't agree with his stomach. One time my parents gave their cat a bath and he must have licked the soap and he was puking a lot from it. Then he would lick his fur with soap on it to... it was a bad day for the kitty
