Unhappy Kitten flea tablet problem

hi tonight we bought some johnsons4fleas tablets we usually get these for our two older cats both 1 year and 6 months 6 weeks ago tomorrow our cats kittens will be 6 weeks old we totally forgot to check there weight and gave them a tablet each only after we did all three did it dawn on us i checked the back of the packet it says you can use from 4 weeks old but there supposed to be 1kg these kittens are not and i was wondering if they could overdose and if so what to do

naa dont worry sally, i dont think overdose could be a major issue, but still do let us know if there were any untoward reaction?? ive neva heard of cats suffering from an overdose thingie... so plz do share the outcome ,which i hope and pray is positive and good on your cats and kittens

you didn't say how much extra you gave each kitten. So, I don't think it's possible to tell you whether or not the amount you gave your kittens is enough to OD on.

If you're worried, and i would be too if it those were my kittens, i'd call your Veterinarian's office and ask them on the phone.

If your cats aren't displaying any symtoms at this point- it's probably likely that the amount you gave them isn't enough for an overdoes.
