Default Alternitive Pet Foods!

ALTERITIVE 1 -- With all that has been going on with the tainted pet foods, i have three cats of my own and i have decided to NOT feed them any store bought animal foods. I know many of you are asking yourselves; "well is she just going to starve them?", for the past 3 days i have been feeding my cats a mixture of Liver, (or beef heart), mixed with rice or noodles. it has all been cooked so i knomw that they can not receive any deseeses from that and it will also be much healthier because most foods have a TON of fillers in them to make them taste good and also look good. I have had to take this same road with a cat that my dad had found on the side of the road. she was extremly thin. (she weighed 5 or so pounds{she was a full grown cat at a young age of , what the Veterinarian thought, 16-18 yrs!}) every bone on her that was capible of being seen was very visible. she had a respitory problem among many more. we fed her beef heart and rice or noodles and in 4 or so weeks we were able to get her to eat a healthy amount and she was also puting weight on. when she got to a healthy weight with this diet she was able to maintain it and stay the same weight.
------As you can see i highly recomend this diet it works sooo well!! and beiseds it being healthy you dont have to worry about all the poisons etc that are in a lot of animal foods right now. im am sure if you have a dog you try this diet too. also i have a cat that has a really bad problem with UTI's (urinary track infection's) on this diet he does extremly well (last spring i had swiched all my cats to this diet when my dad had found Kiki the older cat i explained above, but in the summer i had gradually switched them back to hard foods just because they didnt seem to like having warm foods in the summer)
ALTERNITIVE 2 -- on friday i took a trip to the blue seal factory down in bow nh. here they make the blue seal feeds for horse, cows, pigs, birds, cats, dogs, etc. they have a new food out that is called by nature it is for dogs (i think they may have some for cats too). the plant manager told us that they DO NOT get any of their foods from china (this is where the taited food has been coming from). The man also told us that CBS did a test on dog and cat foods and they anounced that blue seals by nature food is the safist to buy for your animals, so if you dont care for my firth idea this is another Very good food that you could feed your pets.
------ I hope this helped you guys out
