I got to know!

I just adopted two male felines, about three weeks ago, a two month old tabby, and a two year old tabby. The youngest is doing fine, very hyper but fine. The oldest is a different story, he likes to play, likes to lay around, he seems very normal. At night though, he howls on and on. I've also noticed that his eye is a little runny, and a couple of days ago i've noticed that he has a littl bit of blood in his feces. What could be wrong with him?
