Default How to move with your cats??

I will be moving next week and I have 2 cats, they are brothers a few months over a year old. I wanted to know what the best way to move them is. I thought I would bring them over first and out them in the bathroom together with food, water, and litter box, that way they can start to get used to the smells of the new place. My sister ( 1 of the cats is hers) thinks they should be the last to be moved so it doesn't upset them as much. My problem with that is they will be left in an empty room that they usually see with furniture in it. and there gonna get upset anyways. I figured just get them in there first, and not worry about they accidently getting let out at home. But I might be wrong. I just want to do whats best for them and make everything as easy as possible. I wanted to know if anybody has any experience with this or if there is a better solution. Should they go first, or last??
Any help would be much appreciated. :O) Thanks

PS I've attached a picture of my babies if your interested )

Default Transitioning to a new home

Anytime you introduce your pets to a new environment they are likely to get stress related diarrhea. This can be prevented, or at least minimized by administering Pet Flora ASAP. It is available from my website Pet Health Care - Natural Remedies For Your Cats & Dogs

Default Moving with cats

I have moved with cats before and they have coped very well.

They spent a few hours sniffing around the new place & exploring but they seemed relaxed about it after the first day.

I kept them inside for a couple of months before they went out for the first time; but they adapted really well.

I know our vets sell a plug-in device that fits into an electric socket. It fills the house with a special smell of a mummy cat and makes them calm.

Our Veterinarian also recommends it for cats that wee on beds & when introducing another pet into the home environment.

Hope this helped
