Possible feline respiratory disease

Hi,
I have 5 cats, two of which are 5 month old kittens. The kittens have the symptoms of a respiratory disease, but they also have a symptom that I haven't seen. They smell awful! It is worse than morning breath. Does this go along with the disease? I am treating them with antibiotics and an antihistimine. Thanks

I've heard, but have no personal experience, that parvo has a terrible smell to it.
