Feline Urinary Syndrome - Please assist

I have a cat that just had a blockage removed. It was a severe case. The catheder has been out for about 10 days and my cat still doesn't have control over his urination. He consistently urinates in small amounts. It seems as though he doesn't have control to hold it back. Due to this, he will lay in his cat pan just in case he has an urge to go. He cannot produce a large urine stream that he used to produce.

My question is whether this is normal or is this a sign that he has a reblockage and should I get him to the Veterinarian? Is this maybe a sign that there is long term damage?
