Default I hit a cat with my car

Today i hit a kitten with my car. I rushed to the Veterinarian and, after an x-ray, he said something odd: That -among other things, like broken bones etc- the cat had his intestins out of his sac (don't know what that means) but that he couldn't operate till 1- or 2 months later cause he is too small. Does anyone know if the cat is able to survive like this for a month or two? About the broken bones, he said he's not too worried cause being so small, he might heal eventually. I never had a cat before and don't feel confident that the Veterinarian had any idea of what he was doing...Greek vets are not very reliable... Is there a minimum age that you can operate on a cat? (I don't even know this cat's age). PLEASE HELP!

Default Kitten died during the night

Although it ate once and it kept drinking water all the time, after a few hours, it started some spasms and vomiting. And finally it died.
