Default new 8 week old puppy

We just got last night, feb 23 a new chocolate lab puppy. Shes not eating anything yet she has drank some water and shes has direah and she has thrown up and looks like some blood in it she hasnt thrown up anything but flem..is the blood from her not having food in her belly? and her like dry heaving? The lady we bought her from last night said she took her to the vets her mother didnt have worms so he wasnt worried about that, she wasnt as playful as the rest of the litter, shes had her first set of shots...should we worry? or call the woman or just take her to a Veterinarian?

We did get her to the Veterinarian...its parvo....the owner did take her back...but we're still thinking about buying her if she makes it..shes treating them all at home...they all r infected.... the saddest part is they could have gotten infected from anyone or thing not just themselves...the mother could have brought it in on her paws...we've read alot about it now ...will keep everyone posted on what happens..pray..they all need it....
