Hi Eveyone, I have a question???

Hello.. I am new to this forum, but I had such great success with the smoke cessation forum I was hoping that some of you could answer a question about Winston my 14 month old Pug. He doesn't seem sick, but his ears are hot. He has been treated once for an ear infection, so I thought this might be the case now. His ears are not red inside and there isn't any oder. Is this an indication that he has a fever or is this normal for an active puppy that I just never noticed it before? Thanks for any advise. Debbie
