sudden lethergy

I have a 10 Y/O giant schnauzer who has been fine up to yesterday. Now she won't move,eat, and woud'nt drink for about 24 hours. She went out this morning,urinated,and made a bowel movement that was normal. She can barely walk,requires assistance getting up. She did drink about 6 oz of water when she came in,only because I put the bowl under her mouth. Her abdomin is distended and she has a lump (about 2 inches in diameter) on her lower left side for about 2 years with no change in size. We noticed last night that her gums are not as pink as they should be, however the gums are not white. We had just recently lost our mini schnauzer on Valentines day due to cancer and we are a little paranoid about our giant. We are looking for any imput available.
