Sick 4 month old Maltese

My puppy has had diareha since Friday and threw up twice on Saturday. It seemed to be a little better yesterday but this morning before I went to work I was feeding him some yogurt and after he ate it he started shaking like he was cold or scared. Then he wouldn't eat any of his food or drink. He has a Veterinarian appointment tomorrow but I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. He has also had 2 vaccinations and has been around no other dogs besides his brother who is not sick. Help!
