Confused Jack Russell has an upset stomach

I have an adorable 13 month old full Jack Russell terrier he moved here to Texas from Florida with my son when he was 4 months old. He was here two weeks and he was run over by a car Veterinarian examined and ex rayed him, no broken bones or internal damage. He has been attacked by Pit Bulls three times and each time he was to the vets and just sore but no damage. now he doesn't go out of the house without a grown up with him. at 1 year old I had him in for a heart worm test and any other worms, he was absolutely clean, I had them give him all his shots. I ask the Dr. why he ate grass and any material they told me he just liked to chew, I gave him chew toys and he eats them. I had the blood test run on him when the recall came out. but now he is acting like he has an upset stomach. Is there a puppy malox I can give him?

If it truly is an upset stomach, my Veterinarian recommended Pepto. A very small amount, but it seems to help my sweetie. I would call a Veterinarian and ask before doing this, and ask specifically how much based on your dogs age/weight. But it is worth asking about. I am glad it was recommended to me, as it does seem to help her. I got a medicine dropper, which is the easiest way to get it to go down.
