I need to know what to do for a dog with a stuffy nose that has now developed into a slight cough?

It kinda sound to me like a cold, you could take him/her to the Veterinarian to get the right diagnoses though, if it is a cold it will go away on its own. but if it just keeps gettin worse I would take the dog to the Veterinarian for sure!
