Default Sick Golden retriver

Buddy is panting like he has been running for miles. He is eating and walking around and did go to the rest room #1. He had his yearly shots on the 11th full round and was tested for worms all negative. He normally drinks lots of water and I noticed yesterday and today that he is not drinking the normal amounts. He is not drinking like normal, he is always attracted to the water. He has some from my hand but not enough for comfort. He is hanging his head low and acts kind of slow like he is having had time working but is walking and barking a little.

Normal buddy has lots of bounce. Any suggestions?

I would at least call the Veterinarian and see what they think. Keep us informed.
