Default I think my dog might be very Sick!! Advice Needed

My dog is about a year old. He hasn't eaten anything for 3 days but has been drinking water, although in small amounts. He's been laying on the ground and doesn't have any energy. He urinating and having diarrhea. He just threw up for the first time about 20 minutes ago.

Does anyone know what's wrong with him??

There's no way to know what's wrong with him. He needs to be seen by a Veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. The list of possibilities is long; food poisoning, parvo, corona virus, campylobacter infection, toxins, intestinal parasites like giardia or coccidia, to name a few. Only a Veterinarian can sort it out and prescribe the proper treatment.

So im going to the Veterinarian tommorrow.

Since my first post my dog has been puking up green liquid almost everytime after he drinks water. He is laying on the ground inside beside the vent. He's still urinating.

We think he has heat stroke because he was out all day on friday.

well it turns out it was Parvovirus and it had spread too far for treatment. So we had to put him to sleep.

I just wanted to thank you for the advice.

I think, that this food poisoning. Some breeds of dog are very sensitive to food.
For an example. My Dobermann terrier one year ago has eaten a poisonous frog. We did not manage to rescue it.
