Dog not very Active

Ok we have a cross Staffie very strange a crazy dog, but the last two days or so she's not doing much and sleeps alot and every now and then she will howl likes she's in a little pain when she moves i think the pain seems to be from the mouth am not sure, she also had a twitch on her left ear but that seems to be going..

We took her to the vets today explained a few things, and she had an injection and some sort of die put in her eyes because her left eye was watering a little, but the Veterinarian said she was fine and we was given some anitboitics for the week.

Just want to say when she goes for walks she acts normaly jumping at the lead and pulling it and stuff and being crazy, and she was lively at the vets... any ideas?
