Default My dog ate a whole cake last night, didnt vomit/poop and now with enlarged stomach!!!

I need help. My dog ate a whole Chinese new year cake last night. It is called "gau" and the ingredients are basically just coconut milk, water, brown sugar and mochi flour. This is something very heavy, the whole cake he ate was something that could fill up 4 or 5 people's stomach.

He did not have any signs of diarrhea or vomit. But he does act sick today, he has an enlarged body and he is not really moving around today. I also noticed heavier breathing. Any idea if this is a situation that I should take him to the Veterinarian? Or is it going to pass eventually? I am guessing that it didn't get digested yet, and perhaps I should give him something that would help him digest??? Any idea???

Default update... dog had small bowel movement

my dog had two small bowel movements since then. they seemed to be very painful, and dry. and small... i don't know if it means that he is able to have a bowel movement or i should just let it pass and wait it out? Meanwhile he just seems sick but is still begging for food sometimes... just not as active as usual.
