Dog shaking and panting!!!

Really worried i have a 15 year old Yorkshire terrier and she's recently had a tumor remover of her stomach, its been a week since the operation and it the last 20 min she's started shaking and panting, she's not drinking anything. can anyone give me any help because im really worried.
