I Need Help Asap

So we have been having work done on our basement. Today is the second day. They are jackhammering and such in there. Today when my dad got home my dog started acting funny. She is shaking like a leaf, tail between legs and she was walking behind the tv(which she never does), and trying to jump on me while I was at the computer, again something she never does.

We have no clue what is wrong.

She does have seizures but thats because she was beaten a while ago.
