Bacterial skin infection...please help!

Hi my dog Pepe has a skin infection and hasent slept in the last 4 days. The infection is under his neck so he cant lay down to sleep. he is in antibiotic pills. is there anything i can possibly do to help him sleep? ive tried everything...please help we cant take him in until tomorrow evening and its really sad to see him like this
