Idea Abnormal Blood work

Does anyone out there know what would cause a 9 month old to have high creatine levels, High potassium levels, high sodium levels, high HGB levels, and high MCHC levels? The Veterinarian says there is nothing wrong with this, but I am very concerned. This puppy has had a lot of health problems. She has loss of appetite, weight loss, dark yellow urine, and lethargic. If anyone can tell me anything about this I would greatly appreciate it?

I don't know what those levels mean, but I would definitely be concerned that so many values are high and that she has the physical symptoms as well. I'll say it again (like in the another mystery illness post) GET A SECOND OPINION!!

Based on my very limited experience, my first guess would be kidney or liver failure! Get to another Veterinarian asap!
