Default Swollen red marble-size bumps on puppy's belly; help!

Three lumps have just showed up in the last 24 hours, an inch or two apart, all on the shaved patch he has from his neuter surgery seven days ago but over 6 inches away from the mostly-healed incision. Are these a skin allergy, an infection, or what? Please help.

Default Lumps

Going by the size probably infection of some type. But also could be allergic reaction or insect bites. These need to be check out by your Veterinarian. Treatment is variable depending on cause. Let us know what you find out. Good luck.
