Confused my old golden

my dog has been sick for two days he has only had a little water and hardly any food. He is just laying around and cannot keep any thing down some of his throw up is bright green in color. we have searched the property and cant find anything he might have eaten. Today is a holiday and I cant call the Veterinarian. any ideas???????

Sounds like he's been eating grass. Dogs do this to "make" themselves vomit when their instincts tell them too. Not sure what made him sick, but I'm pretty sure the "green" is just grass.
