Default Sick dog with vomiting, panting, and shivering

I am really worried about my dog. He is 3 years old and starting vomiting this morning. He has not been acting like himself today. He seems really uncomfortable and is appearing to find it hard to go to sleep. He is panting like he is hot but shivering like he is cold. I cannot figure this out. We do not have a 24 hour dog clinic. Any suggestions??

Thanks!
Jackie

I do hope your dog made it through the night OK.

The shivering and panting are, quite often, signs of pain. Has he had a bowel movement?

With pain like that, and vomiting, I'd be concerned about a blockage. Hopefully you can get him into the Veterinarian this morning.

Default Is your dog okay?

I hope your dog is better by now. Did you find out what was wrong?
