Default My betta has a mystery sickness...

I went away for the weekend and had my dorm friends help take care of my two betta fish while I was gone. I came home and my Zephyr my older male was on the bottom of the tank, I pulled him out and put him in his water changing cup. As well as his girlfriend who "shares" a tank with him. (They are divided by glass plate) I've had numerous bettas before and have never seen this. In light he is transparent at the edges of his body (naturally), but he has streaks of blood that you can see inside of him at his rear right before his tail, and on his belly right above his lower fin. He keeps going in and out. I'll think he's dead and 10 minutes later he'll go and swish around and then go back down. He can't hold himself up so he leans on the cup sides. He also got a blister on his upper fin, which wasn't there when I left, or at least wasn't noticeable. I'm just confused because Pretty Little Ditty (female betta), hasn't appeared to have gotten sick and is swimming around just as healthy as ever. I've never posted one of these things before, but if someone has an idea as to what his sickness is and what I can do, I'd greatly appreciate the help.

I only hear this experience at you mate. So sorry but I do not have any idea about your fish. You can consult it to the nearest Veterinarian in your country to observe him and give the right treatment at your fish.
