Default help my bass

had a bass now for 3 months been feeding him crappie minnows about 10 every 3-4 days. Went to feed him yesterday and he won't eat. he is very pale and lethargic and just laying at the bottom of the tank. i cleaned the tank about 10 days ago. i am thinking maybe there is something wrong with the p.h. or something because the minnows are only lasting about 5-8 hours in there and then are dying. He is going on 6 days now with out eating. don't even know where to start. Any help for me and Larry the largemouth would be appreciated.

hi, you didn't say how large the tank is, or even where you're obtaining your water. was the tank already established when you put the bass in? does it have an air bubbler? do you have a ph test kit?

Alright to answer a few of you questions i have a 10 gallon tank a gravel filter, bubbler and i just cleaned it a week ago and replaced the water with Melted snow. I do not have a ph test kit and i am pretty cheap so it would be good to know how much they are and where the best place to get a quality one is. Let me know what i need to do to keep this fella alive and happy. ike
