Default Resting?

hey guys.. I recently moved my tank with a fantail and 5 minnows to my new house. about a week later I cleaned the tank and added a koi, now both the koi and the fantail are lying on the bottom of the tank! are they resting or ill? please help. . .

If you find them still breathing, then they are still alive probably sick for what ever reason. But if you see them not breathing, then so sorry to know that they're already dead.
