I saw your baby on the homepage. She is beautiful. I'm sorry to hear about her health problems. My heart goes out to you and your family.

She could not walk in a straight line. She stopped playing with my other dog and just sat in one place. A few weeks ago she started having weakness in her hind legs. fall or flip over when she started to walk and having a lot of pain. I took her to see her Veterinarian. he put her on some steroids that did not help. She has had lab and x-rays but no one seems to know what her problem is. She has seen 3 different Vets. and is getting progressively worse. They are recommending I take her to see a dog neurologist but there is not one in my area. I went on the internet and found a condition called hip dysplasia that fit pixies symptoms. however they don't make any promises that the surgery will cure her. We love her very much but I can't really afford tohave these expensive test and surgery. I have thought about having her putting her down, but really don't want to, my 13 year old is also very attached. If anyone has any idea what this could be please, please give me some advice.

Heartbroken mom.

hi there!
There is no bond like a bond between a pet and pet parent.
So if you’re looking to adopt a pet,
let Sonya
help match you with the perfect pet for you
by communicating with the animal and make that
special connection.

he went from a happy dog to a pet that does not want to play. right away she rushed shadow to the vets office the Veterinarian had asked Did he experience any hard trauma lately? the Veterinarian also put shadow on steriods--predisone.
they also believe that shadow may have experienced a seizure.

it is kind of strange because my sister has epilepsy.
