If you die your blond hair on your legs black can you get laser hair removal?

you wouldnt need to because if you shave your legs and wait for it to grow back, it should be blonde again. dye only goes as far as the roots do. why did you dye it though?

Yes, if you want to remove it. You can use a laser hair removal so that their will be no trace.. And it wont truly grow anymore.

Yes..laser removal is best..but dont buy cheap one.

Laser hair removal costs on average $1,500, which may be more cost effective than Electrolysis hair removal
