Breast Milk Leaking and not having puppies

My 7 year old Female dog, she is not having puppies, At least not that I know of. Her breasts leak from time to time. She had puppies about 2 years ago. They have done this on and off for about that long now. I am worried about cancer. we just had to put our other do to sleep from breast cancer. Also she is not spayed. We also have a new puppy who thinks she can nurse off of my other dog. I'm worried about her drinking that milk also.
