Default Brain Tumor

We have a Shih-Pooh who is 17yrs old. The Veterinarian told us that she probably has a brain tumor by the way she is acting. She just goes around in circles all day. We are giving her steriods and that is not helping. She is fine when we hold her and she is still eating and drinking water. She is having a lot of accidents. She has been a wonderful dog and it is so painful to think about her leaving us. I don't want to put her to sleep but other people think it is cruel to her. I am afraid to call the Veterinarian and let her know the pills are not helping her. I would appreciatiate any feedback anyone would have. Thank-You.

I am so sorry to hear about your dog.

I don't know what to tell you to do.

I guess you will just know when, when that time comes.

That is a decision I hope I never have to make.

You and your family are in my thoughts.
