Sick Dog, Not Eating..Suggestions?

My dog is a 17 year labrador Shepard Mix. She just had surgury to get five of her teeth removed. She was doing really good till about 4 days ago. She started acting very weird, not social, hasnt ate for the past 4 days. We took her to the Veterinarian and come to find out she has pneuomia. We are suppose to get her to eat anything we can, do you have any suggestions on how to get her to eat?!? and as well if you have any suggestions on how to give her the pills, that would be helpful as well.
