Default What is going on with my 1.5 year In Breed German Shepard Help please

I have had Lucky a female InBreed German Shepard since the day she was born.. She is the love of my life.. About two months ago she started limping and avoiding using her right hind leg. I took her to my regular Veterinarian and he stated it maybe Hip Dysplasia (mild) but warned me that because Lucky is an inbreed she is only to face more problems and not to allow myself to get too attached.. TOO LATE FOR THAT.... I took her to a second opinion at a Ortho Surgeon who had Xrays done and found sever bone mass loss in the right hind leg and said he thinks it may be cancer in a unoperable area (her ischium). They did a biopsy from the area and concluded it is a fungal infection (aspergilosis). I had her on two differing pain meds and an antibiotic. Lucky was fine w/ the meds until this last week when she stopped eating. I took her back to my reg Veterinarian and he found her to have a bladder infection and upset stomach.. He really is suggesting kindly to put her down but I am so confused and hurt. I dont wanna hurt Lucky but I am so confused as to what my next step should be.. I feel like I am being pulled in two differing paths.... Can anyone help?
