Grieving And Loss - Pet Loss Did you loose a loved one? Many of us love our pets with all our hearts, they are our children, our friends and companions. Loosing them can hurt as strong and deeply as loosing a human. Love does not care what species you are. This forum is to remember our departed. Please post your best memories, pictures are fine, we will even allow short movies.

Unhappy Lizzie

I had an 18 year old Boston Terrier who was still eating and drinking. For the last two months, she has been staring out as if she hears someone calling her. She is almost blind and deaf. After all those years of never leaving the yard or crossing the road, the other morning when I let her out to "hurry", I turned my back to close her door to her room, turned around and looked out. She is gone. We searched for over 4 hours and couldn't find her. Since I live in the country with all kinds of animals, my mind understands that animals sometimes go off to die. But my heart is breaking. I miss her terribly.

Oh its such a terrible tragedy. I feel very sorry for your loss. I know lost of 18years boston's grief difficult to deal with you. I lost my dog last month and I also miss him very much. He was very punctual and hard worked dog.
Pets are our best friends and we never forget them. They are our best friends also. They are like our family members.
Now for relief my pain, I want to buy a new dog which helps me to relief my grief. I also suggest you for new one.
I pray to God for you.
